Who We Are
Qubite is a supplier of ASIC mining hardware and a provider of hosting and installation services, operating from the United Arab Emirates.
Products & Services
We sell ASIC mining hardware and provide hosting, installation and related support services.
Product descriptions, specifications, pricing and availability displayed on our website are provided for general information and may be updated from time to time.
Orders and service arrangements are confirmed directly with our team through email, WhatsApp, our website or another agreed communication channel.
Submission of an inquiry or order request does not by itself constitute acceptance by Qubite. An order or service arrangement becomes binding when confirmed by us in writing, including by electronic communication, unless the applicable quotation, order confirmation or agreement states otherwise.
Specific Agreements
Products and services may also be subject to a quotation, order confirmation, hosting agreement or other written agreement between you and Qubite.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and a specific written agreement relating to a particular product or service, the specific written agreement will prevail.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated. Any applicable taxes, duties, shipping charges or other fees will be stated or communicated as required by applicable law and the relevant quotation, order confirmation or agreement.
Final pricing, payment terms and any applicable additional charges will be confirmed in the relevant quotation, order confirmation or agreement.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information and for making payments when due.
Mining Performance & Disclaimer
Cryptocurrency mining revenue is not guaranteed.
Any revenue figures, calculations, estimates, examples or projections displayed on our website or otherwise provided by us are illustrative only. Actual mining performance may vary significantly and depends on factors outside our control, including network difficulty, cryptocurrency prices, electricity costs, hardware efficiency, pool performance, network conditions and uptime.
Qubite does not guarantee any level of mining revenue, profitability, return on investment or payback period.
Past performance and projected performance are not reliable indicators of future results.
Nothing on our website or in our communications constitutes investment, financial, legal or tax advice.
Hosting Services
Hosting fees and any estimated charges are based on the commercial terms and information available at the time of quotation.
Hosting services may be affected by scheduled or emergency maintenance, internet or network interruptions, electricity supply, hardware failures, third party services, regulatory requirements, force majeure events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific written agreement, hosting is provided on a best effort basis and continuous or uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
Where a separate hosting agreement, service level agreement or quotation applies, its specific terms will govern the relevant hosting services.
Shipping & Delivery
Any delivery date or timeframe communicated by us is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, import procedures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any applicable shipping charges, customs duties, taxes or import costs will be handled as stated in the relevant quotation or order confirmation.
Returns & Cancellations
To cancel an order or request a return, please contact us in writing.
Eligibility for cancellation, return or refund and any applicable cancellation, restocking, shipping or logistics charges will depend on the circumstances of the order, the relevant quotation or agreement and applicable law.
Hardware that has been installed, hosted or used may be subject to additional return restrictions to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory cancellation, return, replacement, refund or other rights available to you under applicable law.
Hosting Termination
Either party may terminate a hosting arrangement in accordance with the notice requirements and other termination provisions set out in the applicable hosting agreement, quotation or other written agreement.
Following termination, we will confirm the applicable arrangements for removal, return or relocation of the hardware and any outstanding amounts payable up to or arising from termination.
Warranty
Hardware sold by Qubite may be covered by a manufacturer or commercial warranty. The applicable warranty period, warranty provider and any specific exclusions will be stated in the relevant quotation, order confirmation or product documentation.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, warranties generally apply to manufacturing defects arising under normal operating conditions and do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, accident or operation outside the manufacturer's specifications.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us. Depending on the applicable warranty, Qubite may coordinate repair or replacement directly or with the manufacturer or other warranty provider.
Any manufacturer or commercial warranty is in addition to and does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qubite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products or services, including loss of profits, loss of mining revenue or loss resulting from changes in cryptocurrency prices or mining conditions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent that it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Any additional limitations or allocations of liability contained in a specific written agreement will apply to the products or services covered by that agreement.
Third Party Services
Our products and services may depend on or interact with third party services, networks, mining pools, manufacturers, carriers or other providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qubite is not responsible for the availability, performance, acts or omissions of third parties, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded or where otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
